У меня некоторые = Watch = не могу просмотреть до конца.
Валится и Opera , и Mathon.
Проекты скачать даёт , а с *.flv - какая-то проблема.
На других сайтах ничего подобного не встречал.

Не могу досмотреть ни на одном browser -заливает в конце красным цветом с указанием ошибки.

О полезности урока не мне судить, естественно. Я бы только отметил для не очень опытных пользователей, что в туторе Штерна содержится методическая ошибка.
Всякие светящиеся штуки, огонь, линзовые эффекты и т.п., необходимо накладывать в режиме Screen, не то иначе будут присутствовать темные окантовки на подобных светящихся объектах, как мы это собственно видим по краям лучей на картинке выше. Потому и смотрятся они неестественно.
Понятно, что все эти бимы нужно засовывать в прекомпоз и вдобавок следить за внутренними операциями в эффектах, так как там уже присутствует наложение Screen (скорее всего нужно переключить в другой режим), что, повидимому, сбило с толку автора урока.

Кстати, я вот давно слежу за Штерном и лично сам всегда получаю массу удовольствия от непередаваемого акцента автора (ну, разве только китайцы могут говорить еще неразборчивей). Такое впечатление, что его акцент со временем только крепчает.
ВОт что значит свободный человек без комплексов! Вспоминаю по этому поводу слова моей учительницы английского, австралийку: - никогда не извиняйтесь за свой английский ни при каких обстоятельствах.

этот эффект (освещение лица) на картинке не видно. Нужно смотреть урок и там все это есть.
Сам эффект лазера мне не понравился вообще - просто совершенно нереалистично. Да и сама идея как мне показалось, притянута за уши.
Дефка без лазеров смотрится намного лучше ...
